TriNet

TriNet can predict both ACPs and AMPs, which are described in our paper. We provide the standard and fast modes of TriNet for users. The standard mode with better performance needs users to submit additional pssm files. While the fast mode only needs users to provide a fasta file and still shows excellent performance.

Caution!

You may encounter an error if you submit too many sequences (>100) at one time.

There are some requirments for PSSM files:
  • 1. The name of the uploaded PSSM files needs to be numbers. For example, 1.pssm, 2.pssm.
  • 2. The name of the uploaded PSSM files needs to be aligned with the order of peptide sequences for prediction.
