Introductions: SpatPPI offers two modes of prediction, Batch and Single pair, please read the readme file carefully before using them. Batch mode requires only a csv file as input(see readme for format details), and you don't need to provide any protein information. However, all proteins appearing in the csv must be in our given list, and due to server performance limitations, we strongly recommend that you submit no more than 30 sample pairs per upload. Single pair mode accepts any pair of proteins as input, as long as you provide the corresponding pdb files and pssm files. Finally, choose the HuRI_IDP model if you want to predict protein interactions that occur within disordered regions, or the Novel model if you just want to predict common protein interactions or want to make cross-species predictions.
